I am Egyptian, living in Egypt.

the next photos took on 3-7-2013 in Tahrir Square.

the day when Elsysy (military chief), gave the speech about making a new (Road Map).

What happened in Egypt is this,

we had a king named Mubarak was ruling Misr for 30 years. He was a king as no one stood against him and he was taking any decision he wants without anyone asking him what he is doing.
on the first day in 2011, we had a BOMB exploding a church in Alexandria. leaving a numerous amount of dead ppl and wounded ppl. It also left hatred spread all over the country, especially among christians.
during the first 2 weeks numerous demonstrations moved among Egypt. and for the first time ever people to shout against Mubarak and Adly (his interior affair minister) was shouted in the Coptic Cathedral, when a Bishop Yohaness Thanked the president that he showed sympathy (!!!!).
the date january 25 was settled probably from november (not sure about the exact date.)
on the 25 of january, tens of thousands of youth went down to streets especially in Tahrir Square on the "Egyptian Police Day". they settled in The Square. it was a very peaceful demonstrations, BUT (there is always a "but" in the story) the police on 26th january at 2 am in the morning evacuated the Tahrir Square, using "Tear Gas" and "Water".
on the next two days, Demonstrations increased basically in Cairo Egypt. (26 & 27) and with total denial in Media, leaving a huge gap for rumors!!
The biggest day was Jan 28.

on the 28th of January, The smart government cut all means of commuication but the "home land lines" (really! land lines, who use them) so most young ppl decided to walk down to see what is happening. ( I followed a demonstration that was lead by "muslim brotherhood members." i walked without money, with nothing. even without a mask, (we knew nothing but there is lots of fight against the Police.) and although i was personally terrified but i felt that a change will cost a lot, and i must share in paying the price.
i didn't have a mask with vinegar or coke (vinegar to minimize the effect of the tear gas [the tunisian ppl gave us this hint] and coke to reduce the pains in the eyes)
i was walking there was NOT even one shout to turn Egypt to an islamic country. there was a single group who shouted "remember khaybar o jewish, as the army of Mohamed will be coming back" ( Khaybar: a jewish tribe that was eliminated in the dawn of Islam, as they didn't fought with the islamic ppl at this time.)
but even religious ppl stopped these shouts so i guessed that it was only from some young ppl, WE HAD A DEAL (young ppl who joined the demonstrations), WE WANTED ALL A CIVIL COUNTRY, I DID NOT WALK OUT ON JAN 28 FOR AN ISLAMIC COUNTRY..
on my walk on that day, one man was walking beside me, he asked me about my name, and he asked about my religion, i told him that i am a christian, he gave me a MASK and some vinegar, and he told me that he is a MB and he told me that he as well wanted this country as well a liberal civil country.

two weeks later, there was lots of robbery and no one went to his work, as there was a total fall down for police from the country.
Feb 11, King Mubarak left his place to a military council.
almost a year and half passed with almost no police, untill june 30, 2012
Dr Moursi, a Phd engineer, having the degree from the united states of America, became the first elected president, although i did not elect him, as he belongs to the MB whom i never trust from the college days.
Dr Morsi Promised that in a 100 days, that we Egyptians will immediately notice the difference in three main issues: Garbage in the streets (as we don't have a solid waste management in Egypt), Traffic (we are living in an eternal traffic jam), and safety.
after passing one hundred days, nothing literally happened.
Instead he made a "constitution declaration" by himself (sweet!!! ) [untill that day i was not really opposing Dr Morsi].
later he finished a constitution that was written only by islamists (even sweeter!!)
and he finished the final constitution paper in 18 hours and then made a funny constitution paper (the sweetest!!!!!!) and made the ppl to poll on it !!

few points about the amazing constitution we had

kids can work.
your salary can be cut for no reason
not even one item can be discussed except with the acceptance of two thirds of ppl in the parliament. (nonsense.)
army can vote.
the judge can use other items out from the law, if islam said another thing.
the "azhar sheikh" must say in his opinion in everything!!

it was a disastrous constitution!!!!!!!!

Dr Morsi started the entirely nonsense later, when he insisted on a stupid prime minster. who is with no capabilities at all.
then an attack on cathedral, he didnt even mention it as if it never happened.
attack on his party's main office, he immediately made a talk immediately after it!!
it later turned to be more weird.

assigning terrorists (literally terrorsits) as governors (the most famous case is the killer of tourists in 1997 in louxor, he assigned him the governor on Loxor!!!!!)
he made a meeting where he gathered all the islamists, and started publicly to pray against syria and shia, he (the president !!) accepts others encouraging youth to travel to Jihad in syria!!
just after few days an entire county raised against Egyptian Shias, and killed 5 ppl and burnt houses!, he did not even reply
he threatened the church that it is not being cooperating with the religious government (what does that even mean??)

there was a call to rebel against Dr Moursi. and i didnt sign it, i dont know why!!
but i went down on the 30th of june 2013.
the pictures are on the july 3rd when general al sisi, made the ppl coup against morsi.
