Love Darkness

I guess I was 14 years old, when we were returning from a trip, it was a 7 hours driving distance.

The weather was extremely hot.

The car's air conditioning was theoretically working, but I didn't feel any coolness in the air..

"Would I open the window?" I requested 

"No never" the person who was sitting beside the driver insisted angrily. "We never open the window.” He paused for a moment and continued in his aggressive manner, “can't you see that the air-conditioning is running?"

But after few minutes I understood that I might faint in such a warm weather, “If there is no cool air coming from the air-conditioning then it is not working properly.”

But as expected there is always a Prepared stupid answers, “Don’t you know that it takes some time for the air-conditioner to cool the air.”

The driver himself at this point started to take my side in the discussion and stated as if he made a discovery similar to Archimedes who said “Eureka”. He said, “The weather is really hot.”

At this moment as if an unexpected punch slapped the man beside the driver, who started like a maniac close and open the AC. And trying to figure out why this device is not getting cooled air.

Until, all of a sudden the driver noticed that it was only working as a fan, as the AC light was not ON!

So few seconds after the driver pressed on the AC button, that the AC grills start sharing a cooled breeze coming directly from heaven!

This is not an imaginary story. This was a real one.

This story affected me seriously, it turned me to a very skeptic young man! as this person who was trying to convince us that the weather was ok, because he did not want us to open the window, was a Religious man!

And my conclusion was as simple and clear as that, "this man has a talent of lying that is unbelievable."

How can a man denies how he feels (the very warm weather.) for the sake of what he knows (seeing and hearing the fan working in the car.)

He is ready to trade the truth of the unbearable weather with the illusion of the AC is working. I kept looking at him, hoping that he might apologize for his mistake, this mistake which costs us around 20 minutes of unbearable weather. He did not see that he did anything wrong by his wrong estimation and interpretation.

How many hundreds of thousands of people died by people like this man. who have an ability to neglect the truth Like Osama Bin Laden.
This story raised hatred feeling towards the nonsense talks and the lies. those people who have the ability to say nonsense and say illogical statements.

And as i grow older, i discovered that there are thousands who have this ability. to disclaim what they do not feel, to confess lies, to not say what they feel.

Some people cannot stand the truth.
We love lies. 
Lies are easier. 


that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
